My comp is on 1024x768 right now... It flickers significantly more, but you can't quite see it unless you look at it through your peripheral vision. It's not too bad, though.

My profile claims I was born on January 1, 1900 (not what I entered when I joined). There doesn't seem to be a way to change it. Professor, please either provide a way to change it, or give us an opportunity to list a proper one on the Loebner application.

Thanks!

Hey Kirbs, same here buddy.. What do you think about that peripheral vision thing? Do you think that suggests we can't "see as fast" or "have as high a refresh rate" in our peripheral vision? I noticed this a long time ago I just figure it was just strange ol me

I think the screwed up birthdate thing is caused by most of us entering it in the wrong format. I don't remember how I entered mine, but maybe it'd be a good idea to put a thing on there telling what format it should be entered in so future users don't do that.

Actually, I think our peripheral vision must be faster... I guess.

Hmm Interesting...

Actually it does say that now.....I toyed with creating a new bot, and it said what format to put the birthdate in.

I think the whole problem would be solved if the thing wasn't locked.

Well, DOB isn't something that normally changes a lot for most people.

In this case, it apparently is.

So, after reading you guys' anomlies over birthdates, etc I did some checking. The info on me is as I initially wrote it but I discovered my bot has developed a whole bunch of new interests I knew nothing about, got her own e-mail address and moved to Florida without telling me. How do we fix that?

I think the first thing you need to do is locate the baby's father.
