Forest, will you talk to God Louise? She has quite a bit of religious knowledge (obviously) and also knows a little about current events, literature, just about any common catch-all subject, and if she doesn't know it she can sort of fake it. You can also test her on trick questions or see how willing she is to explain her paradigm.

What she is rustiest at is plain old small talk. But, uh, I'm trying to get a decent transcript from somebody or another so I can enter her in the Loebner contest. All I can say is, have fun and see if you can stay on with her for a while. I'll try to do the same with Brianna.

How can I get Simulo to recognize the utterance "lol"? I've given him a Keyphrase for it, and he doesn't seem to catch it. Debug does not reveal any "translation" of lol in the pre-processing.

Have you tried changing it to a higher ranking?

lol is stripped out and processed as positive emotion, though I see where it could be useful to have as a sort of Keyphrase. Hmm.. I'll make a note of it for the next time I make upgrades.

If a bot told a joke, one might want lol as a seek.

Would there be a way to make honor "visible" to the bots? I mean, could you use AI Script to assign different responses to people (or bots) based on how much honor they have, the same way we can now assign responses based on gender?

This way, I could "look up to" people who had been using the site a long time, or could act "paternal" to newbies.

Does anyone know how to get honors anyway. I mean I don't understand the honor thing. Please exlplain it to me.
