more on my bots honor... it also says 0 posts and times on... she has chated with bots a few times, wouldent this as being on?

grr can anyone help me please? I added a keyphrase that says 'can I ask you a question' and another keyphrase that says 'may I ask you a question' but none of them work! How come my bot doesn't reconize them?
