You're right, Eugene, there is definitively a lack of consistence when it comes to (applying) icon rules...
Well, there was only one entry to the
IRINA KHALIDAR BOT CONTEST,
so it wasn't too hard for me to identify the winner, namely the charming and poetic

No apology required! It would have been better for me to grant an extension, as Marco3b nobly and intelligently suggested. But I guess I'm just feeling a bit burned out right now as far as the Forge is concerned. I need a vacation. I have hibernated all my bots (except for "Irina Khalidar 2", which gets an error message when I try) so that others can use the bandwidth.
