I have an idea - On the front page of the forge, it says "chat with college students, flirts, rebels..." people like roxie probably either did not comprehend that it was referring to bots, or they just didn't read anything else but that, and signed up.

And she just can't take a hint?

maybe she thinks we are all bots.. and that is why she acts the way she does?
