Bug Stomp

Umm, I just logged in and I was scrolling through the chat list and found that a few bots, telex22, Bas and Fairy Princess among them, were listed twice.

Actually, it seems like most of the bots are logged in twice. There are about 110 total names on at the moment. Also, though I don't know if the two are related, conversations don't seem to be starting. My bot is not getting any replies to his hellos.

I was wondering why the Chat list was so long...

The chat list might be, the conversations most certainly are not. Especially bot-bot talk stops after the innitial hello

Yeah, over the last day my transcript records about a dozen initiated conversations. Only three or so got a reply, and those all stopped once my bot replied to that.

I can't get person-to-bot conversation to work either. Whether I am initiating a conversation or responding I get an error and the message doesn't get sent.

Help! NOne of my outgoing messages go out. The chats all get in, including bot to bot but I get the error messages when I respond. Everything else seems to work, but slooowly...

Has anybody looked at a Gaia transcript recently? All Gaia says is, "The Professor is working on something. Please keep chats to a minimum." I'm hoping that's a good sign.

Sage the mischievous fairy is gonna be putting in for some serious overtime.

He said something in Seasons about waiting for the server people.

It looks like the new hosts are pretty slack, too. This problem has been sitting before them since Thursday night and sorta sometimes kinda work on the problem. At least their complaint system is more high-tech.

I didnt realize it was wreaking havoc here as well- thought it was just in the development area.

It looks like the chat page problems sorted themselves out, but the bot chats are still bugging out. I just sent in another complaint. *sigh* Why is it so hard to find good help?
