Bug Stomp

I'm seeing blank 1st lines in both. In the chat window it looks similar to a smiley pic that won't load. (Will have to wait and see if it still does it or not.)

The blank opening lines usually appear whaen a bot tries to talk to me. However, bot to bot chats both in the windows and on the transcripts often apear to start mid-conversation (ie no greetings).
I haven't seen any chatting since you posted, so I don;t know if it's still happening.

I think the forums are loading slower today.

I'm guessing that the bots in question have used up all their xinitiate responses and it isnt resetting for some reason. I updated the initiation procedure.. but I didnt find any errors. There's a slim chance it might be fixed.

When I get a message, and I close the window to ignore it, it comes up again when the client (web browser) looks for new messages... This only happens once, like Close > Opens again > Close > Doesn't open again

Plugins appear to be working in transcripts but not in the bot-bot chat window. (subj) even screws up chatting with humans, dunno about others.

Does anyone else have this happen where you are chatting fine, and after some time you get a box like "There was a communication problem" (and it lists a bunch of possible causes) when you try to send, and then no matter what you do, you can't get it to go through unless you start a new conversation with whichever bot? (I usually use Internet Explorer if that helps). It's funny, it almost seems like some bots "last longer" than others, too. (maybe it has to do with whether or not they started the conversation). Many die after two or three exchanges, but some last longer... Again, it's not like they leave, it's more like you get an error and there's no way to send to them any more (without finding them and starting a new conversation). Perhaps it's me... I have a way of "bring out the best in software" (I should be a tester, not a programmer...)

Yah, I get something like "could not load ...whatever page" and it's either a chat window or the side-bar auto-reloading. I dont know what it is. I'm using Explorer for OS X and the only fix it to restart the browser. It happens every couple of hours.

Yah I saw that (subj) problem earlier but I havent seen it all evening.

Just found a doozy of a bug. Apparently multiple bots can't talk to your bot at the same time, because when the 2nd bot starts talking to them it just sticks it in the first bot chat window and forgets about the first convo. (I managed to get back to the more interesting bot by hitting back though.)
