i tried testing out my bot,
i would say one thing, she would respond but either i would get a perfectly white bot chat window...or i could see her response but not reply(everytime i hit the reply button it just goes to the past reply i had already made). tackle hugggsss to the professor! we love all of your hard work!

Umm so far I logged in to the forge in Netscape (aka netscrap) and I got a couple of chat windows come up.. they're not Sages, but "Message From ..." And they have no content..
One of them's from you prof so I dont know if it was just a message telling me to bug off, or something about the bug

It seems to be working fine for me so far, except the occasional Sage that shows up for legitimate reasons, and being logged off for no particular reason every once in a while. Of course I haven't tried to chat with anyone yet, but bot chats seem to be working fine.

Yeah, none of my chat windows have anything in them, but at least they have titles so I know who I should try to annoy
Either way, it does seem faster, even though I can't see anything. Wait a second I have messages turned off. Could that be the reason they don't work?
Update:
Alright, I turned it on and... well.. I can see bot chatting windows, but no personal chat windows.

Uh oh now when I click on a user's name to see their profile, I can't click "Chat".. There is no "chat" button, just a space for it. I can still chat however by clicking the radio button and clicking chat
Addition: The prof must be off fixing something because I just got logged off randomly... I'll just take a break
