When I click on the Transcripts tab... there is a list of my bots and numbers by their names. One of my bots has 0 next to her name and the other bot has -1. What do these numbers mean? Sorry to have to ask, I didn't find the answer on the site.

That's how many days it's been since you last checked that bot's transcript.. In the case of the negative numbers, I found that they go negative if you check them between Midnight and 12:30, so I would say try not to check them between those times.
