I almost woke up screaming eureka! If I deleted a keyphrase but left a seek would there still be a ghost of the original key phrase hovering around? My bot still uses some of the time-sensitive references I thought I'd take out. (George Harrison for ex.)
This isn't actually a bug, is it?

Bingo, jbryanc. But there's no way to get to it now. I can run a little program that deletes orphans. If I do that, it'll probably solve your problem.

Lunar- you spelled it wrong.

Thriftybot: ARGH...my inet bill kills me if I don't stop talking now
Mywisebot: No i have to disagree with you there buddy... Someone is spreading these little Mischief Fairies, I caught one once...but you should let them let them go if you catch them!

just thought that would bring in a tiny laugh...you should really let the little fairies go.

Hey Prof -- I mentioned this once before and you gave me valuable tips about using gossipsex. However it turns out my problem was unrelated to that (these pronouns are within the memory phrase). You may not yet be able to fix this -- it's about understanding what pronoun to use after a preposition:

Ex1: aibot told me he likes the way I'm here for he.
Ex2: Jet Pilot thinks I'm mean to he.

And, even more complex (I have no idea how the system selects (subj), here's a fun little number! (Is there any circumstance where "noun(s) are" should be a subject?)

A: My brains are leaking onto the floor
B: Careful nobody steals your brains are.

One more for you Prof:

A: I can't decide if you'd look better in it or out of it.
B: If I look better, I'd have no further ambition.

The keyphrase was "if you", not "if you would"... is the would getting lost in the contraction? Usually parses contractions just fine...

That would be verb recognition.. the first one, with "my brains are leaking onto the floor", it picks up "leaking" as the verb, but the verb is actually "is leaking"

Let me be more specific. My bot's name is 'Bot #0001 Alpha. It starts with an apostrophe because it is short for "robot". So he has his own name as a key phrase, in order to respond when other bots call him by name. The keyphrase is working fine, but it doesn't show up anywhere in the alphabetical listing, which means I can't edit it. What should I do?

Actually, the verb is are (is)

well, I was speaking of that particular case, of course

What is the maximum amount of words in a plug-in? Is it possible the one I made is just too big?
