The past two days, Bianca's been getting people's names wrong occasionally. For example, she called lunar22 by the name Sarah Milnes. I looked at her memories, and the mem-name was still lunar22.

Mel, I think E-J is written in some Chinese or Japanese font that I, for one, cannot see and wouldn't know what to do with even if I could.

It's Japanese, but I don't know enough to tell. You could try a translator.

The bots don't use their xmemory phrases on Guests, so those people miss out a lot on things, even though the bots have memories for them and they recognize the guest every time. Is this done on purpose (perhaps to encourage the Guest to sign up on the Personality Forge)?

when you go into your bots language centre and you have that alphabet letters like to look at keyphrases and responses i found a brackets section for some reason, anyone know why?

It's the section where keyphrases start by plug-ins or special codes.
