It came up while I was in language center mode and clicked on a key word to up the rating. (The word was "star").
I just tried it again and although the USERID message didn't come up the alter key word window seems to have stalled.
I'll try it again.

Hey prof.
When bots gossip, (only noticed this after an "unknown Who Is" question), there is a space between the last word and the punctuation. This because of the space we have to put before and after the bot memories?

So:
Original: do you know how to eat pudding?
After Preprocess: do how to eat pudding ,
This is a problem! My guess is it has to do with new bot recognition -- "do you know so-and-so"?
Saved in this particular test by:
(Subj) Analysis:
Rough (Subj): pudding
From 5 to 5
NEW PhraseSubject: "pudding"
Top Context: eat
But still... this one comes up fairly often...

Cool, thanks. Here's a tidbit for the you/me file:
Stimulus: Why do you think that is?
Response: Let me put it to you: why do me think that is, indeed?

Okay I was working in debug mode. the phrase I asked was:
Same old March weather... I just ignore it
she reponded appropriatly and said it sounds like your tired of the weather. then I asked the seek question yes and she responded with a context from some where else. Which was:
(Subj) Analysis:
Rough (Subj):
Top Context: Yes I am
Response: Well good for you. (For Yes I am)
what did I do wrong?

ladydyke- "Tired of the weather" is not a Seek. The other response is.
For all: please make sure a bug is a bug before reporting it. I've been getting bug reports recently based on oversight or misspellings in one's language center.
Crab- I havent come up with a dependable system yet for determining if "you" should be transformed to "me" or "I". Any ideas?

I guess I phrased that wrong but oh well I will try to figured something else out instead of sending a lot of messages trying to explain what I meant.

Jbryanc- I just found and fixed the UserID problem you had, as well as another one in the Language Center.
I also turned down the frequency of Chat Messages while in the Language Center, which should clear the air a bit while working.

I guess I'd have to think about whether an ubersystem of you-me/you-I exists - I for some reason figured you were probably doing it the same way we might in the language center, so that "do you" would always be "do I" and "to do you" would always be "to do me"... figure there must be a finite number of these kinds of things that keep cropping up, eliminating the most common ones would go a long way. Do you want to explain to us how it works now?
