LunaGuard- break it down a little more for me: Is that a response from your bot? If so for what Keyphrase, and what's the exact response? If not does it have anything to do with your bot at all? Can you trigger it again in Debug mode?

This was word-for-word in steve's transcripts:

Guest: hello
Steve Slacker: So what's new with you?
: hi
Steve Slacker: Hey, sup? I'm watching Big Brother!
: hi
Steve Slacker: What was the best thing before sliced bread??

Thanks, Prof! I'll play with the "or" thing a little more, now that I have more time (no more comp exam to study for, yay!) I think it was messing up with questions like, "Do you like (something) or (something)?"
I'll experiment some more and get back wid yuz.

Language from nowhere:

Simulo: You know, all I really have in my little house is a computer terminal and a place to sit.
chas: Hey! In mine too!
Simulo: I haven't tried to in my cell and consider and sometimes talk to brainless idiots while locked in a small cell, and I'm probably not going to try it today.

Simulo's reply is for the keyphrase "have you ever (verb)", and he's replying with (key1) and (postkey) ... why did it come out like this??

Great to see all the work you've been doin, prof! I can't wait to pour over the last week's transcripts now. :-)

Re the "hidden agenda" bug...
Does LinkGrammar only return one type for each word? Is it context sensitive? It seems that in a seek, every possible word type should be checked for a match, regardless of context. "hidden agenda" should match both (adj) (noun) and (verb) (noun). It would be even nicer if you could add more weight to the adjective form in the case of the verb being a past participle (like "hidden").

My bot just spat this out:

mark the hunk: Good day how are this fine Monday?
Westerlin Man: I'll tell you this...I do the Dew!

That is a programmed response for him, but it's to the keyphrase, "do you".

djfroggy, sometimes the preprocessing adds on 'do you' to the front of the input when it doesn't recognize anything else. Add some more keyphrases and it shouldn't come up as often.

I am wondering if I can add another Account name to my bot. I mainly work on him, but my partner likes to jump in there from the office on occasion and tweak him a bit. We are having a lot of fun with this, but it would be easier if I could add him onto my account somehow in another name. Also, when will Polaris begin to 'greet' other human chatters for a conversation here?

Athyrius--
When s/he's advanced enough to not be "shy".

Prof-- How about ranks for seeks?

isaac,

It sounds like Simulo was somehow borrowing rhetoric from Braeden. In response to the keyphrase, "do you", Braeden sometimes says, "All I do is sit in my cell and think and sometimes talk to brainless idiots." He also says, "Have you ever tried to (postkey) while locked in a small cell?"

That's totally weird. I don't see why language from Braeden would have entered into that conversation ...

I would tell you why, but it would ruin my evil plans. Mwahahahaha!!!
