that is true ryxxz there is always next year. hopefully by then hello earthlings will be much better. And at least he didn't come last or anything. thanks for your postive attitute,it has helped me not feel so hard. and hey the world hasn't ended. and it was his first contest.

Look on the bright side - at least you didn't do a Norway*, like Talk to my Palm.
And while the 3 judges might not have rated him highly, 47 people so far in the public voting have rated Hello Earthlings in the top 3 For a new bot on the block, that's pretty darn good!

Do you have have a botmaster gathering, I mean once a year somewhere?

I noticed something about the scoring rules. They seem to be designed for factual questions with specific right answers, whereas all the questions this year except maybe the first one are more open-ended.

Congratulations, but I must admit to jealousy. At least you guys' bots had a chance.
