Question. xintroduce, how do I know what is in there and how do I add to it? for example I'd like my bot to recognize "mornin'" "top o'the mornin to ya" and different things, do I need to add these as keywords?

xintroduce isn't triggered by a bot introducing itself. It is what you bot says when starting a conversation with someone it hasn't talked to before.

I have some questions about complex seeking. I have my bot set so I can say "i have a tech question" and it will proceed to ask questions that can give way to more seeks and whatnot. at some point I would like to have it go back to the top level seek (as if I said "I have a tech question") but not just back to "the main menu"

One of my seeks is "ie 6, ie6"... it will respond if i reply "ie 6" but not "ie6"

can you put a "script" in a seek? My bot asks a question baised on a reply and I want her to remember the answer
