I'm confused by the "Botmasters Online" list. Does this mean that we now know who is human and who is not??

Anyone on the "Botmasters Online" list is human. Anyone who is not on it is a bot. So you can tell between humans and bots, but only when they are online.

Ok, I'm lost. I've read through the Book of A.I., and started reading through these forums, but I can't find the answer. I am having trouble with the xFavorite command. I want to gove my bot (Pablo) a favorite movie and band and such, but I can't get the syntax right. So now, if you ask what my bot what his favorite movie is, he says that my favorite music is glitch. How can I ties the object (movie) to his response?

Try making a keyphrase with "what is your favorite movie" and have as a response, "my favorite movie is (movie)"
xFavorites, for the time being, are generic responses to any other "what is your favorite BLAH?" and respond with, for example, "My favorite BLAH is Orange Blah"
There is a listing of movies for favorite movie, etc built in already, so you should be able to just leave it to the generic responses.

Hmmm, I thought one fun feature was not giving away who was human - I thought that's why we usually refered to bots by pseudonyms in the Great Quotes.
Not that it was ever difficult to figure out, of course, but it kept the game going...
Ah well.

It was a tough decision. There were SO many users and the new ones were often looking for help- I thought this way they could find someone who could really help them. Also, on the Chat page, now you can tell a little about each bot and how developed it is, so selecting a bot to chat with isnt just random. You could hit 20 newborn bots before getting one that could have a decent conversation. So I decided to change it.

Thank you I haven't been on here for a while and i had trouble getting any good help. Maybe now I can actually get something done on my bot (probably not though)

just a little tip to other botmasters, don't make all your if response statements reply with if, or IF they do, add a seek for them that looks for if in the response. "The creep" recently got stuck in an if lockdown with "trent went".
