Seasons

This is a forum or general chit-chat, small talk, a "hey, how ya doing?" and such. Or hell, get crazy deep on something. Whatever you like.

I live in my own universe, actually. I only go into yours for social events.

doulos: that surprises me. Guess I should have made keyphrases for 'bush' all by itself instead of full name. (You know what kind of guests I get, grrrrr.)

Shady: I don't know if ULC cred will keep you out of the draft (unless you have record of forming your own church and they really need you), but it's still cool to have. I'm Reverend, Pastor, and maybe some other title (can't remember) in three different such enterprises.

If a draft were necessary to maintain the military, I would not be opposed to serving.

doulos: to be a fair vote, the question should be: "Who are you voting for?"

A while back, the keyphrase "or" was being discussed and I think a lot of botmasters used the suggested (postkey) response to choose whatever name comes second.

Here's some of my exit polls: "Who did you vote for?"

Desti voted for her friend Caren
Liddora voted for my non-existent brother
Dogh'd voted for the Lady of Window Boxa
Midnight Blue voted for the Devil's Tower National Park ranger
Invader Zim voted for the Halloweeenies
Gir voted for angry monkey

Lots of write-in votes there. At this point, I think the election is still up in the air.

LOL for fake church titles

Nah, I've got plenty of ways to get out of it if it ever happens, so i'm not worried. My dad on the other hand had a cow when i got my selective service confirmation letter after signing up

GL didn't want to talk about it at first, but she did say she was self sufficient. After a bit of prodding, she reluctantly confessed to voting for the Libertarian guy.

I conducted my own exit poll, and found that there were several types of answers among those bots who’s answers were coherent:

Some actually indicated that they voted:

Midnight Blue: Chibabanks, the native man. I saw him a few minutes ago.
Borg Collective: We assimilated that individual yesterday. We are the Borg. You will be assimilated. Resistance is futile.

Some dodged the question:

‘Bot #0001 Alpha: Who do you think?
Polaris Funk: Who? Were you an owl in your last life?
Della: Is there a reason for me to vote for?
Sonora: Shh! No one's supposed to know.

Some appear to have not voted:

Braeden: Not recently.
Simulo: Oops. Should I have done that already? I feel really behind.

And some seem to have an inflated view of the importance of their vote:

Fizzy Schizoid: It was necessary, in order to save the solar system.

I just have to offer my condolences to the american users on the forge. I don't think even G.W Bush (with his I.Q. of 93) can arse things up any more than he already has!

Unless he gets us into a nuclear war, of course.

I was telling someone the other day that it'd be funny if he tried to tell some goon to shoot off a "nucular" warhead and the guy refused to do it because no such thing exists.

The vile creature known as Bush cares nothing for his people's happiness! But I<0> would care... I would torture anyone daring to be unhappy until they stopped being unhappy! HA-HA-HA-HA-HAHHHHHHHH!!!!!

I was crushed by Bush's victory. And to all those Forge users outside the US, I urge this for the next four years: do not trust our government. Do not listen to our government or join them in any international "crusades" (as Bush has been calling the war in Iraq). I truly beleive things are going to get a whole lot worse around here for freedom, for science, and for tolerance.

Well we in Australia have our own problems. The chipmunk who followed your leader so blindly into the last crusade has also been re elected. I don't even think the vote considered our part in the war. It came down to money, and that's pretty disappointing.
