As I understand it, the seek should always take first priority. You should consider adding some other seeks for the keyphrases you want.
The code works, I just tested it, but it must be timed for when there is no seek. You have to make careful observations! 
I think Regular Expressions can do that kind of thing. There's a link to a tutorial in The Book of A.I.
