Ok thank you dj. One more question. For some reason the 'debug' chat does not show up in transcripts- Is there a way I can access it?

As far as I know, there's no way to make debug transcrips recorded with the rest of your bots. If you're just talking to him, I'd chat with him directly, so they are recorded. As for your other problem, I believe Shady had the solution to that elsewhere.

I don't know if this is what you're talking about, but if you have Compound Responses set to On, it will reply with a different keyphrase for each sentence

And that's when the sentence-fragment-completion system works correctly. In this case it's not exactly completing the fragment, but restructuring a statement-as-question into a question.
Does anyone have any clue as to what could have happened here?
PF was having a normal talk with loveboat and suddenly seemed to have popped a sprocket. I went in this eve and asked him the same question that he 'lost it' on -and he was normal.
