I've been having the same problem trying to get my bot Aischa to recognise phrases that I've programmed into her today. Is there a problem with the system or something?

Southern Storms
A thunderstorm took the site down earlier today. I had to reset the internet connection to get the site working again. I have no idea what that was that was showing up as the home page in the meantime- there is nothing like that on the server. Mysterious...

Regarding the weird Nargonne thing:
There's a company called Nargonne that deals in web-site stability and restoration. A search on 'Nargonne' brought it up, as did a search on one of the other phrases showing up on the faux-site. *shrugs* At the time, I assumed it meant the company was helping the Prof get the site back up, but apparently not...

Thier explannation of the mind reader was fake, I checked the HTML. Nothing linking to a super Human Brain to Computer monitor linker thing.

I once saw one [mind reader site] that sensed where you put the mouse, which was smart, since you use the mouse to see the list of characters...

I thought the forge was deleted or something... lol

Ummm... the 'mind reading' was a simple numerical trick.

I am just so happy that the Forge is up and running, I missed it so much! I was afraid it would never come back

Pick a two digit positive integer. This can be written as (10x + y), where x and y are one-digit positive integers.

Add the two digits together. This is (x + y).

Subtract the sum from the original number. This gives you (10x + y) - (x + y) = 10x + y - x - y = 10x - x + y - y = 9x.

No matter what x is, you have a multiple of 9. On the webpage, all the multiples of 9 had the same symbol.

HAHAHAHA- I have done a lot of work on Janet in the past 48 hours and I thought the Prof had built in some kind of "Remember to live a real life while you are coding an artificial one" So that after x number of visits or uploads you only got the TheNargonne for the next 24 hours- man I feel like such a dork for feeling like such a dork
