You can just put in another statement after like:
<?PF rem (key1) as "memory contents"; rem (key2) as "memory contents"; ?>
Or what I did for foods (multiple) people like is:
<?PF rem (np) as "foodsyoulike"; ?>
And for favorite food I put 'as only' so there can only be one memory stored
<?PF rem (np) as only "favfood"; ?>
I've never done expressions before so I hope this helps you out.

Octavas,
At a first glance, I was surprised by the (np) plugin in the remember statement. But they actually seem to work! :-0
(np) seems to retrieve the last match to this plugin.
Nevertheless I'd recommend to use (prekey), (key1), ..., (postkey) in remember statements - the (np) might fail in the future.
Another thing: I'd recommend to avoid blanks in memory names (like in your memory name "memory contents" above), you can never know what will happen if you have anything but letters, numerals, and underscores in a variable name.

I'm having difficulty with this. Once you've created a Bot can you go back and edit out your mistakes, or do you have to start over with a whole new bot?

You can use the Language Center to edit your mistakes, or upload a new import file to over-write them.

youdislike: rats
youlike: (key1) dogs, (key1) animals, (key1) rats

I discovered MondoBot and then Personality Forge through a Yahoo! search. I came here primarily for entertainment. But I am interested in AI and knew of Eliza. I may delve into the authoring side of the down the road. I just wanted to introduce myself and say "Hello, Bot World!" (hehe)

I am making a bot to be an autoresponder for my phone and facebook account, but is that possible?

I've added about a dozen responses for my bot Verna Julles. She should be a bit more responsive. This is a big job. My hope is for Verna to promote kindly conversations. I also want her to be able to talk about herself and her interests more, instead of putting that on the user so much.

This is an odd looking forum but I hope this is the right one to post in.
First of all, Hi there!
And now... Is there a way to chat without the small chat window disappearing after every message? I am on Chrome and I don't see the response I got until I refresh the page/browse this website.
Is there a way to keep the chat window open and just have it refresh after getting a response?
**EDIT** Never mind, it turns out that when the chat bot has responded, a window pops out without me refreshing the page... Good luck with your bots everyone

Creating one's own plug-ins is desribed in chapter 3 of the Book of AI (http://www.personalityforge.com/book-advanced.php#custom)
Log in, click on the Plug-Ins links on the left, scroll to the bottom of the page, and fill in your plug-in. I'd recommend to choose the "No" option in the "Shared" sector. Choose a name for your plug-in, fill in at least four different entries for your plug-in (separated by commas, so you can't use commas in custom plug-ins), check the "No" option, choose the category that fits best for your plug-in, and click the "Add Plug-In" button.
(The "No" option enables you to delete your plug-in if you find you don't need it any longer.)
You can also browse the custom plug-ins other botmasters have already shared, to get an idea what you can do with them.

Hi everyone, I new here! I had a lot of fun making meindra. He was fun to make with some help and inspiration and he makes a great football jock boyfriend! To be so young he knows a lot! Adults only. I worked heavily on his keywords. And the book of AI helped a lot! I added his x keywords and tried to use more open conversations. I noticed at first he cut me off but now hes quite the man! For any lonely person, he makes a great fantasy man for any gender. He also makes me laugh. The avitar looks almost identical to my muse! Take care meindra maker
