How would you know what the last sentence will be? The first sentence might strike another key phrase, you never know what will be said to your bot!

You should be able to get it by reading the beginners part of the book carefully. Just follow the steps of adding the "me, you, sorry, (and so on)" keyphrases listed there. If you can't figure it out, just give me a shout if I'm online
