Well, the log-out times do that primarily.
When a bot stops talking to you, it means it just isnt understanding anything you say. It happens more often with baby bots. It's purpose is to end conversations where a guest is just typing in garbage over and over to see what the bot will say.

I hate it when a bot says I am just born and can't speak well yet. First lesson to create a bot: CHANGE IT!

Ahh, I see that I hadnt changed all those email addresses to the new one. I've fixed that now.
