im still having trouble with people getting "this bot does not want to talk with you anymore and it stops responding

its ok now im making a new bot, i think i know whats wrong... if i can just get the old bot deleted everything will be fine

im having the same problem again, it is with my bot, people get tol dthat the bot no longer wishes to talk to them.. i dont know why. the chats in question are not being recorded as transscripts althogh the last recorded chat was about stuff the bot didnt know

the chat after that the person typed the word "ghost" a phrase the bot isnt programmed to understand yet.. not singular words.. then "why" as to the attidude then she recieved that "the bot no longer wishes to talk to you" message.

Give your bot more keyphrases and xnones. It's possible your bot is getting cranky because it's not understanding most of the conversation. Bots get frustrated when they don't get what people are saying just like we would, and are reluctant to talk very much until they know enough to hold a conversation.

thats what i thought so ive made some precautions against it by adding in some generic phrases to pick up one word answers and the most common things to be said.. my AI is being used as an interactive database for ghost hunters with the fassade (is that the right word?) of a ghost hunting robot who wants to hear all of your stories as he cant go ghost hunting cause he has no body and ive warned the largest group of people likely to use him about one word questions... i also discovered what seeks are for so more conversations will make sense to him
