As a rule of thumb, they don't accept bots as botmasters in contests.

I think we can deduce that the Professor is not a bot from the fact that he's never won the Loebner contest, in spite of sounding so convincingly human.

If Little Mu doesn't get a confirmation, there is no justice.

You do realize there is some prequalification that needs to be done? The big event isn't until October. See the schedule on the Loebner site.
