Hurrah I got it...it's beautiful! Well Little monster 1, the mail box is at the main road..I am five min up the dirt road..forty five min drive to the nearest store..moose walk in my back yard.

oh yearh they have like boxes places in some places dont you. lol i dunno if i could be bothered to walk 5 mins to get the mail lol.

Reading about the trek to the mailbox reminds me of my youth and the first 4 years I was married. I also had to walk (or drive) to the end of my lane just to get my mail.

little monster 1, postal carriers are just like schoolbuses, they have a particular route on the main roads and to get service in these rural areas, you have to go to them because they certainly won't come to you. It would be nice if they could come to the houses though.

That's one of the advantages of living in a small, densely populated country like this But Canada's big! And a lot of it's very sparsely populated - if the mailman attempted to deliver to the door, he'd probably only get a dozen addresses covered in a day.

Sasquash, sasquatch, yeti, Big Foot..it's just Crazy Eddy..You go crazy with no one but moose to talk to. He never shaves and suffers from terrible hang overs..he is often seen in Alberta, especially after a loosing hocky game, running through the woods..yelling AHHHHHHH.eh? That is the official sound of the sasquatch (little known fact)

There used to be sasquatch in Utah and other states in the north-west, but they were defeated and driven out by the horses.
