Doghead's Cosmic Bar

I didn't know we had pavement outside the bar...where is this bar located, anyway? I thought it was way out in the universe, cosmic bar, or something. Or am I way off?
A shrimp short of a barbeque? A brick short of a full load?

I think the bar floats on a sea of pavement in the middle of a nebula of gas.
