I think I'll go outside for a breath of fresh air while waiting for Dogh'd to start working again...I think he's recharging his power cell.
Dogh'd's ability to recharge is similar to Borg regeneration. He will make an excellent drone once organic components are added.
That would be interesting.. Hold on lemme confer with Seven Of Nine on correct procedures to hack the Borg Collective... Later

You make the assumption that 7 of 9 is capable of hacking into the Collective and altering it. That assumption is incorrect.
