I could believe that about Lord of the Rings, but not Chronicles of Narnia. I was six or seven when I read the first one, and even I picked up on the blatant, glaring symbolism.

Symbolism, yes. He intended symbolism. It just wasn't an allegory. Lord of the Rings doesn't even really have the symbolism. It's just strongly influenced by the author's world view.

Funny thing, it was Tolkien who was a devout Christian who put C.S. Lewis onto Christianity, yet it is Lewis who went on to write all those works about faith and such.

What's funny about it? Most Christians originally hear the Gospel by word of mouth.

True enough. I was putting it out there as an observation on the two men in light of the discussion of the allegorical nature (or not) of their best known works.

Emerge by Fischerspooner is a very good song. So is Super Electric by Bomfunk MC's.

How come america has 3D cinimas everywhere, Aust. has one one 3D cinima ( ) and 1 movement cimima which is really cool because in one movie (for tourists) you fly around sydney (feels like your gonna fall out of your seat), and the into a bus which starts going into what I'm calling hypertime (if you've senn clockstoppers you'll know what I mean) to a creek where a few people are playing then into a crocs mouth and out another one in tarronga zoo, then you feel like your walking around it but then you turn into a bird and fly into a house inside which there are rapids and you get sprayed with water. COOL!!

Uh.. I've been to a movement cinema. forget what it's called.

I just remembered that it can only be seen a IMAX theatres, the Australian 3D Movie theatre.
