How odd. I've had this image for a couple of years now, no idea why I made it in the first place.

I don't know who Mark Steyn is or where he's from, but I liked this quote:
"Speaking as a foreigner -- which I believe entitles me to vote in up to three California congressional districts -- I've voted on paper ballots all my life and reckon all these American innovations -- levers, punch cards, touch screen -- are a lot of flim-flam. I would be all in favor of letting the head of Bangladesh's electoral commission design a uniform federal ballot for U.S. elections." --Mark Steyn

I found this and thought it was amusing enough to share:
Isn't it strange? The same people who laugh at gypsy fortune tellers take economists seriously.

Sorry to all who tried to contact me and to whom I didnt respond. After reinstalling my firewall it was blocking the popup widows of person to person chats. It took me several days to notice this and reconfigure the thing.

Quote from Jay Leno: "Microsoft chairman Bill Gates was given an honorary knighthood by Queen Elizabeth today. I believe he's now known as The Duke of Nerds."

From MSNBC news: "The company's lead creative director, says he feels too many games have become dependent on violence for violence's sake and that has made violence, well, boring."

I've always thought a game with violence but no plot was boring. Then again, I find FPS games boring even if they have plot.

I like puzzle-solving games more than any others. I've never been interested in shooting/fighting games. (Though I do like Monty Python's Tetris, from their Holy Grail game
)

Violence in games doesn't bother me per se. I just don't like guns. Partly because I'm a lousy shot. I liked the Zelda games, which have a nice mix of puzzle solving and hacking things to pieces.
