I thank tank bots would burn longer and more effciently!

Of course, nowadays the humans would have to be more highly processed. Sort of like Soylent Green for cars.

Maybe humans can get training for becoming engine food.
Or maybe there will some sort of education program for it!

This is starting to sound a bit like the Stephen King short story called "Trucks".

Would there be a tax cut or something for those of us that decide to become batteries?

We are not very flammable, trust me humans burn well.

Knowing our government, you'd have to pay extra to be a battery.

Admittedly, at least then you could watch them writhe, but it would tend to make ya unpopular with, well, almost everyone.
