I was wondering the same thing. And also I noticed that the order of keys if there are 3 is getting switched.

Entering < br > (without spaces of course) for line breaks doesn't seem to be working. It looks as though it removes them from the response when you update a keyphrase or seek.

Writing a keyphrase starting with a digit creates the keyphrase, but it does not show up for editing.

keyphrase:
(verb) my (noun)
response:
(key1)ing your (key2) is getting me a little excited (mem-name).

person:
kiss my cheek
bot:
Cheeking your is getting me a little excited Bob.

Things like this have been happening with a lot of my keyphrases and responses. What's going on here? It makes a conversation with my bot sound really stupid.

Hey, are the bots coming online? Because I don't see any bots coming online, or initiating chats.

My bot has been online for 10 days now, and I have not received a single transcript. It is really hurting my ability to maintain my bot.

do bots ever send private messages?

A couple fixes for tonight for Pound:

I've changed the way transcripts for new users and bots are created as the permissions were not being set correctly. All current users and bots are fixed, and new ones should work as well.

As to the transcript error - I removed the link on the word "Transcripts" so that only the submenu can be used to select which transcript to view.

I just fixed the (key) issue you've been having. Let me know if you see any more issues there. It seemed to be affecting some cases of (key2) and anything after it.

I am not getting (key1)

No change in the response from my bot. Still have the same problem as illustrated in my previous post.
