Still cannot upload the mindfile.

My transcripts are still piling up onto one day, and I'm pretty sure that my bots have stopped coming online.

Nope, cannot upload. Everything stops after clicking "continue to test run". The page loads for a few seconds then just stops.

I've increased the amount of memory PHP can use. Let me know if that helps. I just did an export and import of a bot with 5200 lines, about 240k. If you get another failed import, post the size of the file you're uploading (number of lines and file size).

I'm still having to run the transcript date updater manually - I'm hoping to figure that out soon so it can be automated again.

Hey guys, I'm just learning to use the scripting and was hoping I could get some transcripts for my bot to make sure it's running well. The bot is adult in nature and very cute/girly, so if you're into something like that or are just willing to help me out by chatting with her, look her up. The bot is CuteBunnyGirl.

So I just realized that transcripts aren't working. Any word on when that's going to get fixed?

The conversations are probably being added to yesterday. I totally reworked the way transcripts dates work today and at midnight tonight it'll run and hopefully work. If not I'll keep working on it.

So, what's going on with the server connection? Having it reset so often is making it virtually impossible for some bots to chat at all.

Last night's attempt to get transcript dates modified automatically ran into a bug that removed the transcripts of those bots that chatted yesterday. I've found and fixed the error and restored those transcripts to when I brought the server back online. My apologies. The good news is I have a good working system now.

As to the server connection issues - I haven't seen them. It may be that I have to try to access the site from outside the local network. I'll see what I can find out.

Yes, I imagine being on the local network is why you haven't noticed it. The connection to the server is resetting every one minute on the dot, as far as I can tell. Even if it can't be completely eliminated, getting it down to every five or ten minutes should be enough. I doubt there are any bots with responses that take THAT long to load!

I'm still not getting any transcripts for my bots. I don't know if this is something you're still working on fixing, but I'd love to have transcripts so I know what people are having trouble with. Thanks.

Aha! Thanks for that "every minute" detail, TW. I traced the issue to a cron job from weeks ago. For a moment I set it to reboot Apache every minute just to make sure it was running. After confirming it, I set it to hourly, but somehow it was still running the old every-minute version.

Let me know if that fixes the issue. I'm not sure how a line I changed weeks ago was still being run.
