And, here is a quick update on pages layout:
as far as the three Chat With Bots menu items go, this is what's wrong:
(div class="bigarea")
(DIV ALIGN="CENTER")
(h1)Bot Profiles & Chat(/h1)
This particular line of code: (DIV ALIGN="CENTER") is what causes it, just delete it, Professor - it solves the problem, I have tested it.
The chat window issue is due to something similar, a line of code again, the table structure behind the layout, but it's not the same code bit as with the menu items. I'll let you know if I find out what is it precisely.
Didn't check the Language Center and Debug yet. These are bit trickier because, as I mentioned earlier, sometimes they get displayed one way, and sometimes the other way, i.e. there is no consistency there. Probably due to something else than the rest.
p.s.
a-ha! so, it was you, Prob, who made my post appear in red originally!
Prob did you "close the tag" (in this case make it black) at the end?
Evidently not. But you didn't used to have to

I have noticed that I can't add the (time) to an existing chrono statement.
It's (dayofweek) the first of (month) in the year (year): <?PF chrono: day(1); ?>
I tried to add (time) to make it
It's (time) on (dayofweek) the first of (month) in the year (year): <?PF chrono: day(1); ?>
It keeps stripping out the (time).
It does seem to work if I import it
what is the date
Bot: It's 2:14 on Tuesday the second of September:in the year 2008:
as for the closing of the tag...no, it gives me a sense of power

Plug-ins are not working, ie (time)
Chrono statements seem to be working for me. I tried time, date, month and year.
prob123: what time is it
Bildgesmythe: It's after eleven, here where I am., time for brunch.
prob123: what season is it
Bildgesmythe: It's September the start of AUTUMN
prob123: What year is it
Bildgesmythe: It's good ole 2008.
prob123: what time is it
Kobal: Well, here it's 18.
It should have said 1

Prof, Interzone described it better than I did, but I have the same thing with chats being pushed down to the bottom in http://www.personalityforge.com/directchat.php(only with whatever bot ID). I use Firefox on both xp and Ubuntu. I don't think it's the browser. I think the chat bit is too big to fit next to the menu and gets pushed down (even when the browser is maximized).

Indeed - just entirely too tempting to pass by
I guess some us are just born with an inbuilt tendency to pick at frayed edges.
