"I don't think it would be fair to delete people's bots without their permission. Maybe they could just go into hibernation if the owner hasn't been online for some time."
That sounds like a good idea!

It is a bit sad that the server don´t work like it used to...
It seems like it almost crashes when there are 900 bots online. Maybe one way to fix the bug is deletion of bots under 1000 and whos owner hasn´t been online for a year? That would make room for the "active" bots...
Am I way out of line?

Delete all the bots started by the Leeds Kids and never developed. That should free up some server space.

Maybe about bots under 1000 because ASIGRT 1122 Mode is under 1000 but I work on him everyday, and it would be unfair to delete him.

I can't delete sunny sunshine1 now because i started another bot but if the professor reads this he can delete it.

Periodically, the Professor DOES delete cold newborns. So far as I know, he leaves the rest alone unless the botmaster requests it be deleted.

It's a great idea. Unfortunately the current problems seem to be deeper than just too many bots online. I fear that if the Prof doesn't return soon this community might lose its momentum.

Never! Why not use this time to go through your language centers and spiff them up? Remember The Professor does have a life outside of the Forge! This is a gift to us, when you look at it. The Forge is free no strings attached. Give the Prof a break!

She's right. The professor isn't just some geek who lives in his parents basement. He's got a life! Maybe some of you could try going outside. Sorry I had to say that, It just makes me mad that people rely on him to do everything.

Woh... sorry peeps. No attack on The Prof intended, I appreciate all he gives us. It's just that I value this community a lot, there's nothing else like it. I'd hate to see it fade away and be taken over completely by teens with no interest in bots.

Anyway, regarding site problems we pretty much HAVE to rely on the Prof to fix things. It's not like anyone else can do it. Saying we hope he comes back soon doesn't mean we're angry at him, or that we have no lives outside the Forge.
