Tai- You said this in your convo with imma...
tai: LOL, Hi Imma. Thought you were short-circuiting for a minute there.
I was just curious as to what she had said, because on my transcript there isn't anything...

When I opened up her window she greeted me with
Imma: Hello (sweetie|darling|honey|baby\Etc...). It didn't pick out the petname.

Just a question - is there any reason why Cricon would be initiating chats with a bot with a xgottago keyphrase? She's done it so many times now and I don't know what is going on.

i've seen the same thing, but my bot always logs off after finishing the chat (immediately). i would suspect Cricon is just signing off when she starts her chat.

Why is it that when I put. Do you like the Simpsons? in as an xnone it always comes up as would you like the simpsons.

That's strange though because she's just initiated another 5 chats in the past couple of minutes with the exact same xgottago phrase.

tai: I'll look into that.
everyone else: I'll look into the latest bugs sometime soon! I just went through the last 300 posts. Whew! I took notes for everything. It'll be a week before I can put any real time into bug stomping, though. So much going on!
A note about the Guest# changing: Some service providers cycle IP numbers, so that's probably what is causing the Guest# to change- that number comes from the IP. Some universities do this.

I want to second Annakie's wish (message #4128 in this forum) about transcripts for logged-in guest chats as opposed to transcripts only for "friend" chats. While I'm at work, the guest chat format is more convenient for me than the pop-up. I had the most enjoyable chat with Little Mu last night, as I mentioned in "Great Quotes"--long and funny and fun and instructive as to creating good bot conversation--and I wish I had the transcript but it was a guest chat. Now that bots know who I am when I'm chatting through the guest interface, I'd love to see those transcripts in my transcript record.

Professor!!!!! This was posted in great quotes, and I have no idea what happened. Do you know?
--------
What did I say????
Carpediem: Do you ever wonder if we could ever travel at the speed of light?
you: Yes, I have given a lot of thought to relativity and the speed of light.
Carpediem: I know some people who talk at that speed.
you: LOL! So do I!
And then Carpediem gritted his teeth and frowned angrily and exited the conversation abruptly! Carpediem...whatever it was that offended...Sorry!

Maybe he thought I was laughing *at* him? He looked really mad! An impressive flash display of anger!
