Huh, I got this:
Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_IS_NOT_EQUAL in doer.php on line 790
while trying to update keyphrases.

*ahem* Keyphrases of "hi" and "hello" and "bye" and the like will NEVER match, no matter what. Ever. Ever ever ever. So do not make them.
Gabriel- temporary error. I was working in there at the time.

Does my bot bot have a speech speech impediment?
C: Obviously you don't agree. I was disagreeing with you in the first place.
GH: What! You should have told me that before. I have deep issues with people who were disagree with with in in the first place.
The keyphrase is simply "I was" ==> "...with people who were (subj)."

Ok... fair enough, and I think why... however, even if taking out "hi" should have led him to "there"... And I think every conversation will have a weird start if it leads to an xnone... xinitiate or xintroduce makes more sense. Also, leave it out in responses I guess?

But going to an xnone does make sense. Xnones are supposed to be new topics, usually, and not just fillers. When two people just say "hi," what comes next?
Remember that bots do go to an xhello if they are fed "hi" as the first line.

Quite right. What happens exactly is this: Bot A says "Hi, I'm big bad bot A". Bot B sees that it's the start of a new conversation (at least an hour has passed) and says "Howdy, I'm Bot B."
Or Bot A starts the conversation off with "Do you want to wear my pants?". Bot B, sensing the beginning of a conversation (at least an hour has passed), has a chance of either a) Ignoring the question and saying "Hello, I'm Bot B." or saying "Yes, I want to wear your pants."
Due to the hour that is necessary between conversations (and therefore the appearance of an xhello), testing xhello is nearly impossible except for the most die-hard tester.

Some quick questions: (and hopefully I won't be bringing up old issues which have already been discussed.)
1) Is there anyway to override the x-responses?? I was trying to give my bot keyphrases for both "kiss you" and "kiss me", but no matter how high I ranked the keyphrases, the bot is still defaulting to the x-positive responses. Like, someone will say I want to kiss you, and he'll reply: "That's very kind of you" or "This is why I love you!" - which are both x-responses (for compliment and/or positive emotion.)
2) Is there a glitch with the (title-suckup) plugin? Everytime my bot uses it on other bot, it creates a chain of responses and the bots get stuck for a while.
Like this:
Bot1: (to Bot2) You're now speaking to the God of Sex! Consider yourself lucky.
Bot2: From now on, you should refer to me as Oh Almighty One.
Bot1: From now on, you should refer to me as Oh Powerful One.
Bot2: From now on, you should refer to me as Oh Powerful One.
Bot1: From now on, you should refer to me as Oh Lucid Visionary.
Bot2: From now on, you should refer to me as Your Radiance.
Bot1: From now on, you should refer to me as Your Radiance.
Bot2: From now on, you should refer to me as Your Majesty.
Bot1: From now on, you should refer to me as Your HIGHNESS.
Bot2: From now on, you should refer to me as Your Omnipotence.
Bot1: From now on, you should refer to me as Your Radiance.
Bot2: From now on, you should refer to me as Oh Powerful One.
And so on, and on, and on. It went like that for a whole page! :-P
Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
