I think parrotbot has a better use. He repeats what your phrase looks like to the forge. He could aid in creating keyphrases, and better understanding the forge itself.

I'm trying to get my bot to take keywords out of the user's sentences, but it doesn't like the format thingy. I Have a sentence say i think (key1) is (key2) type thing, and my bot replys a xnonsence responce

What is the keyphrase?

Example 4 meza:

Keyphrase: What kind of (dog|puppy|rodent|rat) is (that|the abomination)

-The abom.--rodent-
Response: (key2) '(key1)' as you put it is a very expensive and rare Dwarf runt Mini-Chihua- OMG that Bluejay just flew off with my DOG!!!

Is there a way to stop a bot repeating the same memory over and over again in a row?

Er...ad more? *ducks* or you culd put a 1 after it, maybe.

The more memories your bot has, the less often it will repeat the same ones. You can also turn memories off, if you don't want any xmemory responses.

-or give them emotion rankings so that they will change as your bots attitude toward another does
