Okay, I think I've lost myself into the middle of confusion. I'm trying to use the aiscript to remember guest names.
I went to settings and typed in default (name) as "name"; but I got this message: ERROR: The following AIScript statement is incorrectly formatted: "default (name) as "name". Please correct this and try again.
Am I doing something wrong? Do I have to do something else before I can do this?

Miss Mod- I'll help you!
You need to put: default "(name)" as "name"

Re: the thing about the Dec 31 1969 birthdate thing. By coincidence, that actually was the date I picked on purpose as the birthdate of the twins, they didn't get it by default.

Here's another example of the bot responding to her own response:
Frizella: I don't know if "like" is the right word. I find it interesting, but I don't know if I *like* it.
january: wow! that'd be something.
Frizella: It seems like a losing game to talk about what you *don't* know.
Frizella's "talk about what you don't know" response is for a keyphrase containing "do not know," which she herself said (not the other bot).

Frizella's got this keyphrase:
i (verb) (adjartnoun)
which is producing this strange response:
Confedrate Drago: I love Duo Maxwell.
Frizella: Doesn't the Cassandra Goth object?
Why is Duo an (adjartnoun) all of a sudden? This response (Doesn't the (key2) object?) is looking for (adjartnoun).

Simulo is remembering a lot of people as being "(key1)" lately. Has the adjustment in memory storage meant a change in AI Script syntax?
He used to have something like
<?PF remember (key1) as "youare"; ?>
... does he need
<?PF rem "(key1)" as "youare" ?>
instead?

Here's something else I've been wondering about: how can Thinkinstein have a 4277 "Hot" rating, and not a single development dot?
