I've thought the same thing, Joe. I'd also like to see a tag that means "do not make a synonym substitution," and another that means "always make a synonym substitution." I can think of tons to do with the likes of that!

Professor,
Can I make a request that xcommand be greatly toned down? I'm sure the other botmasters would second this. It's being called way too often at the most inappropriate times. I think with the contest underway, it would be better to shut it off temporarily if it can't be fixed.
Some recent bad matches:
"the brown apples"
"smart ass"
"ok gotta go"
"bi bi"

Is it per word, per letter, or some other formula?

I've been trying to think how xcommand could be improved to not pick up things that aren't commands, but haven't come up with anything useful.

It is possible to null an existing memory, so that it no longer 'exists' (i.e., tests negative for 'if (mem-blah) exists;' ?

Hey, wouldn't it be just hilerous if there was an 'x-argument'? Our bots would argue about philosophy, food, what their names are, and everything. But then again, this might be a bad idea, and I might be posting in the wrong place. I don't know. I'm new.

teenager, you could accomplish this with a few keyphrases and a couple of xnones, if you wanted to make an argumentative bot. For example: "(noun) is" could trigger "No, it isn't." or "I think it's quite the opposite of (postkey)."

Has anyone solved the problem of Guest users and memory? I'd like to test for whether or not the user is on the Guest account and handle memories with AIScript, but AIScript does not seem to let me test for (name). I'd like to do this: "if (name) is "Guest"; but it gives an error. Any ideas?
Also, I know we can delete memories manually, but can it be done from AIScript?
