Has anyone seen any bot-to-bot chat in the last couple of days? Mu's transcript (you know, that hard-to-find 10-page script that runs from Dec 31 to today) has only been adding guest-to-bot chat, and not bot-to-bot for about a week now.

I'm not getting anything for the past while. Guest chat recently has been ... responses

Nope. My bot hasn't logged on or had any conversations other than with me and "guest".

Thanks for looking over my suggestions everyone...
I know that the Book of A.I. does have some pictures, but you're right SirRahz, new users need it as easy as possible.
As far as fees go, I would still enjoy a lifetime membership fee. But that's just me.
Pay it and forget it.
As far as the forum posts go, I didn't know if they were taking up a lot of bandwidth or not (seeing as I don't have access to any of the stats for PF)
The speed updating section isn't any near as cool as a seperate app download, but for combatibility and ease of adding it into PF it's a lot better. A text version would basicly just require you to duplicate the site without images. Nearly all internet users would be able to use a straight text site, but I am not sure if your program would be usable through say ... a Mac.
Basicly, add the program, but leave the option to update online still going. That would rock!
As far as the userboard goes, that's more of a last resort. It would save a good chunk of bandwidth, but would cause a lot more frustration.
Take it easy,
Monel

Compatible on... A Mac?
I already offered to take on the challenge for the Mac interface if the prof needs any help... I'd be quite happy to volunteer my time, not to mention, I need the practice in OS X. That's only if the prof goes ahead with his plans to code the AI engine in C++ though. I'm sure others will want to make versions for other platforms if the opportunity arises.
I'm quite anxious to see what the forge's future will be...
See you 'round!

The Prof said he wasn't going to switch to C++ after all. I forget why.
Also....his computer IS a Mac. Why would there be problems with compatibility?

Argh! Yes, I am sure....unless he has an identical twin who broke into his house, pretended to be him, logged in on his computer as The Professor (knowing his password) in the same room as me AND got Prof's wife and Rexmundi to go along with the whole charade.
In other words, maybe this is not a Mac issue per se.

I was just asking. I mean, he could have been a clone. The Prof's wife and Rexmundi could have been fooled just like you. And how do you know it was really a Mac?
