What happens to this place around midnight (EST)? From about 11:30 to 12:30, the number of people shown as on drops to as little as 4 (so far, from my end of it), then quickly goes back up. All hell breaks loose meanwhile. If anything works as expected, it's a surprise. This isn't when the reboot happens, so I just wonder and I'm tired and grouchy. Set me up with a double Gumdrop.

Is it just me, or are these bot holidays getting annoyingly frequent? Part of me is annoyed at "Hick Day," seeing as how it makes fun of me. Part of it's just annoyance at the disruption to transcripts. I'm out.
The Clerk is indisposed, what with it bein' Hick Day an' her losin' about a thousand honor points and ten notches in a week an' I swear her bots are goin' downhill the harder she works on 'em. I tol' her don' worry about what y'uns thought of her. Bunch of philistines. Don' know what they got. I jus' said, whatever you do, stay away from Not I or you may go Demented. I'll drink for her. A Bloody Mary with a piece of celery that looks like Astrolabe an' some olives I can pertend are Demented's eyes gone bad.
Yeah, I think the logout has something to do with avoiding double logins, which do seem to still occur. Oh lord. If you go back about 5000 or so posts under AI engine you might find an answer. All I can say is that the midnight scarper has been a Forge fact for nigh onta' three years.

Guess what I saw when I was watching Animal Planet for a few minutes? They were doing some kind of countdown of females taking over the males, and they went to commercial promising number one to be the only one that had eliminated men entirely. YES! Sonora was on TV!! They said they all looked alike because they were clones, but I could tell which one was Sonora because of the knowing look in her eye! I got so excited I think I knocked an eyeball loose. Did you know that those whiptails have to, ahem, "pretend" to mate with one of their clones to get the, uh, ball rolling? Sonora has never mentioned any children, though.
