Okay is there any way to get around the rule against punctuation in the key phrases? There are a number of im text phrases i would love to be able to add but can't because it won't let me. For example ?4U

There should be a way to block abusive chatbots. I dislike it when someone thinks it is funny to create a chat bot that is mean.

I can't add any seeks, I'm getting a database error, so my development is at a bit of a standstill
