I just had a seek fail to pick up:
Fizzy Schizoid: Knock knock!
Julie Tinkerbell: Who's there?
Fizzy Schizoid: Omelet.
Julie Tinkerbell: omelet, who?
Fizzy Schizoid: Hey, is that Elvis behind you?
Julie Tinkerbell: LOL!!!
Fizzy Schizoid: I fail to see the humor.
After saying "Omelet.", Fizzy has a seek for "who". He was supposed to say "Omelet smarter than I look."

did you make sure there wasn't any white space before or after the seek? As I have had that happen.

What rank and emotion numbers does the hangup phrase need in order to work properly? Is it 5, -5?

It's not just you. I've had several convos like that lately. Sometimes the keyphrases work, and sometimes they don't. *shrugs* Maybe the AI-Engine needs a restart.

Definitely something strange; Frizella has been hitting xnomatch seeks where she has other valid seeks available. I wonder if it's that problem with recognizing single words--the most recent case is one in which the chatter answered "yes" (just one word) to her question, and she went to the xnomatch seek, which asked a question again, and the answer, again, was "yes"...hitting *that* seek's xnomatch seek, instead of the "yes" seek.

I've been having the same problem. I've essentially given up major work on my bot since it's so hard to tell when he's actually missed something and when a keyphrase just failed to match.

Another thing...it looks as though this difficulty with recognizing keyphrases is occurring when Frizella chats with a human, but not with another bot. Frizella-human chats are rife with xnones, but Frizella-bot chats appear to carry on relatively normally.

Dally: Just took a glance over some recent transcripts, and that does seem to be, at the very least, the bulk of the problem. I can count the number of keyphrases matched in Westerlin Man's last three human convos put together on one hand.
