Don't you need a "friend of the forge" thing to upload bot faces?

Yeah, I think that's required now.

Even then, the Professor is pretty fickle about what he'll allow for a face. I've sent him quite a few faces in the past, cartoonish 40x40 with a white background, none of them ever fit in with the style of the rest of the icons for whatever reason. And then you see some of these other icons that just stick out like a sore thumb...

I never did find one that would work well for the Borg.

my bots all messed up, instead of saying "I hate your ugly cow" he says"Hajji hates feyz's ugly cow". an talkin in 3rd person aint cool. Help pleez

Sonora has a seek for "What rear window," but it went to xnomatch.<0>

There was also this one:
Sonora: Here I am! You missed me, didn't ya!
Dogh'd: No... did you want me to?
Sonora: Oh yah! *gently tugs on your socks* Come on in! I'm making dinner!
She has a seek for yes or no on that greeting, which was ignored.<0>
