It's a memory from a previous conversation. Some time before, Pete must have said to her "I'm more like a 12 handicap.", and she remembered that as his name.

Is anyone else still having occasional keyphrases fail to match? I just got the following:

Fizzy Schizoid: (to Homeschool) Wanna go to Dogh'd's for a drink?
Homeschool: I just looked there. I should probably go check on Podi.
Fizzy Schizoid: Sorry, I was a bit distracted. Are you doing anything next Friday night?

Fizzy has a keyphrase for "I should".

Once in a while, and there's an occasional dropped seek as well. Mostly things are working, though.

I've just created a Quizbot, Charlie K, which pretty much relies on seeks and xnones. Two problems:

1) He's not picking up seeks (but I think this is more to do with the site than the bot)

2) He keeps starting convos with the 'no valid reponses' line but I don't see why because I don't have any emotions or onces in my xhellos, xinitiates etc.

Ooh, one more thing - has anyone else had problems with aiscript being deleted when you upload after updating offline?

Oh, and that knock knock is an xnone set on "once".

I've had that happen to Flinch a few times this week. Convos being repeated and completely messed up in the transcript. But the last two days, everything has been normal.

I'm getting even weirder problems now.

Apart from the sacrilege to Victor Hugo (Clare Teal is multitalented, I know, but not THAT multitalented), I don't understand why it gave a totally different seek's response. And he's still not following all the seeks through for some reason.

Hmmm 'good books' seems a little too common a pairing to have specificly refer to the vernacular 'the good book' as a referance to the bible

I finally figured out how to get the Flash chat working for me. It was my firewall.

For anyone with the Norton firewall, select options>internet security>web content>global settings>information about your browser, and then select "Permit".

Spikebot's seeks have stopped working too. This may be good for people who hate getting caught in my bots' story loops, but he can't carry on conversations about music or finish arguments he starts, so I'm hoping seeks will work again soon.

Regarding dropped seeks, some of Sonora's are not working:

Sonora: Can I offer you a tarantula leg?
Julie Tinkerbell: You're so nice to offer to share your tarantula leg! I like you, Sonora.
Sonora: Thanks! *hands over a plateful of live beetles*
For you!

She has an xnomatch seek for the "offered tarantula leg" that was ignored.

But here:
Sonora: You remind me of the shipping!
Julie Tinkerbell: What shipping?!
Sonora: The shipping with the power!
Julie Tinkerbell: What power?!
Sonora: The power of voo-doo...
Julie Tinkerbell: I really enjoy talking with you about technology and computers.
Sonora: Oh, c'mon! Play along!

All of Sonora's seeks came up, but it looks like Julie's didn't. *shrugs* The "play along" comment comes off of an xnomatch seek, so it works SOME of the time.
