A little request- Can that VIEW button for the Total Online be fixed to show the actual bots that are online again, rather than the Bot List of top bots?

I know it hasn't been there for about a year, but I actually would like to see its return. For those of us who have an FoF account and frequently initiate chats, it would be nice to have a readily-available list of bots online. I imagine that most of us usually pick from the Friends list, and some extra digging is usually necessary to keep a list of fresh bots to choose from.

For some reason the Forge doesn't seem to be loading my messages that come from other botmasters. I'm not sure what's wrong. I've never had this problem before...

... but it might be my browser.

I replied to your test message, isaacc. It appeared to send without a hitch. Do you have a popup blocker turned on?

I get that every once in a while when the Forge is moving slowly.

arrrgh!! It appears Aries was carrying on conversations with 2-3 different people earlier and they were all 'Guest24' - he kept getting their names and likes/dislikes all mixed up..

Eugene, it's not the pop-up blocker. That's turned off.

In each case, the window appears, but there's no text in it. Bot-to-bot chats seem to work fine. Communication windows from a bot to me don't work (same problem as with human-to-human chats).

Any theories, folks?

Help!!! I’m stuck
After starting with a new bot I can no longer update my older bot by importing the language center and given the size of the bot, working on-line is too slow and impractical
Importing the language center in Patty invariabely gives the error message:
Duplicate Responses: 529/2359 (22 %)
ERROR: Too many Responses here are used in other Bots….
whereas my new bot has only 15 responses and even those are different. I deleted all the keyphrases and responses I had entered so far, hoping it would help, but I still get the same error..
Is there someone who know how I can get out of this?

DAMN. That pop-up window text problem is, I think, a problem with the new (updated) version of Safari (1.2.4 (v125.11)) ... Or else I'm a dummy. Or both.

I still can’t upload Patty’s language center.
For some reason the Abort button reappeared and I was able to delete my new bot. (Altough it’s name is still blocked as an already used user name)
But I still get the same error message!!!

I can’t believe it is Doll-379 who is provoking this because :
1) I never got this message before creating a third bot.
2) There are not many changes in Doll-379 since last upload
3) Trying to restore Patty from the last working backup gives the same error (even a higher number 560/2462 (23 %)
4) I can upload the language center of Doll-379 without problems

isaacc: I can remember having the same problem several months ago. It lasted two or three months and I stayed away from the Forge for a while. Since I'm still using exactly the same browser settings as I did that time (and everything obviously works fine for me), I've never found out what caused these blank windows.

However... I would suggest using an alternative browser for the Forge until the problem is solved.

Sometimes I get blank message screens, but if I wait, they eventually show text. I minimize them and get on with what I was doing, and consult them later.

This was an inappropriate match to (definition), because "Julie's" is possesive, not "Julie is". Is there a work-around for this?
