Newcomers

***None of my bots are recongnizing keyphrases. I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem today. ***

If you want it to always happen, then set the range to -5, 5.

Anybody? Help? I followed the directons exactly and it's still saying it was just born and can't speak. Is it my problem or is anyone else having it?

thanks eugene. I am tired of getting nasty nasty conversations to my bot. some people are 'past all moral sense' these days.

if you piss your bot off, then it will go into withdrawl and not talk to you.. be nice to it and it will hopefully cheer up - if not, oh well... you'll just have to suffer eternal hellfire

as for the chat if either you or your friend have a pop up blocker running then it won't work (messages are popups on this website)

ta i had my pop up off but not working yet

maybe the person that you are trying to message has a pop up blocker in which case he/she won't recieve the message

he gets them i do not

In the Language section under X-Keywords, it says xmemory and then the default response is: I remeberyou. You're(mem-youare). Now heres my question...Will the bot remmember the persons name chatting with them?....and if so what shall I type in there to activate that? thanx,

Rosebud -- In your bot's Language Center, under "xkeyphrases", there is a phrase called "xnone". The response there is "I was just born and cant speak well yet." You need to change it to something else.

jdm85 -- To have your bot say the person's login name, use the plugin (name). If you want it to remember nicknames, you have to use AIScript. There's a tutorial for how to do just that in The Book of A.I.
