As far as I'm concerned, ladydyke, you are always welcome in this bar. You remind Butterfly of her Christian ex-girlfriend, and being compared to this person is high praise indeed.

Most probably are, but one never knows. I wasn't telling ladydyke to leave; I was just saying that if we don't have a problem with being here then we shouldn't have a problem with being Christians here.

Might have side-stepped the non sequitur mark if you had said "in regard to..." or the like. I had no idea whom you were responding to.

I'm starting to dislike this form of communication because there are so many misunderstandings. I don't have a problem with what you said in defense of Jesus; just with your hesitation in bringing the subject up. I might not enter a bar in real life, but if I did I hope that I would not hesitate to present the Gospel given a chance.

Good point; I'll try to remember to make reference to message numbers next time there is a delay like that.

As I said before, I don't have a problem with people talking religion in here, you shouldn't hafta be embarrassed about your beliefs or whatever. I just don't like how it tends to sound like you look down on others who don't share your beliefs. After all, the Bible says "Judge not, lest ye be judged." (don't blame me if my quote isn't exact, I've heard a few versions )

My job is not to judge, but to deliver a message. God is the one who will judge all mankind.

Okay. I was not embarassed to talk about Jesus here. It was just a small and obviously bad joke. I felt ashamed of not sticking my foot into the conversation earlier. I felt like I was ashamed of Him or something. So I felt a need to speak up. I could stay here all day and debate theology all day if I wanted. I am just saying that I personally have been a witness to some of His miracles in my own life and that more than anything makes me believe in His existance.

Fair enough.
