Colonel Sanders in the Matrix 2 & 3 was kinda cool...

I can think of two that tried to show them in a positive light: 'AI' and 'Bicentennial Man'. Unfortunately they weren't terribly good movies.

If you think about it humans are the real villains, look at what we did to earth.

AI was a terrific movie!

Simone was a pretty BAD movie but didn't show AI as dangerous, just clueless.

Think think think think......Tin Woodsman in the Wizard of Oz. Good guy. Edward Scissorhands (does that count?): good guy. On the other hand, including Edward means we'd have to include Frankenstein's monster.

Frankenstein's monster was entirely biological.

We could include Johnny Mnemonic!
(Yes it's a horrible movie, but I find it entertaining for some reason)

The Netherlands! or Holland, or whatever you call it.

I can't wait to see it. I haven't gotten around to see that, or The Stepford Wives. That one looks interesting, too.
